What the first 90 days looks like.

Days 0–30
Discovery & operating audit
We embed in your leadership meetings, get to know your team, audit current state, and produce a written operating model with prioritized risk areas.
Days 31–60
First execution wave begins
Two to three active workstreams begin while deepening our relationship with your team. Documentation, role clarity, updated reporting and a working meeting cadence are typically in place by day 60.
Days 61–90
Operating rhythm + pilot review
Initial deliverables are executed. The leadership cadence is begining to run on its own muscle. We begin addressing issues found during intial discovery. We meet at day 90 to evaluate the partnership and structure the ongoing retainer.
90+ days
The Growth Partner Retainer
Ongoing strategic leadership, active execution, and exit-readiness work. Continually addressing issues as they are exposed. As the business's vision becomes clearer strategic goals are set annually, quarterly, and monthly.

A monthly retainer built to pay for itself — and then some.

Engagements begin with a 90-day pilot, then run month to month. The retainer costs a fraction of a full-time senior operator's salary, benefits, and equity — and unlike a hire, it carries no overhead or employment risk.
